The payment system will be agreed to between the client and Tecnocem.com, at the moment of the formalization of the purchase.

As much the shipment form as the downtime will be made specific with the client since it is different in each order.

If by some reason, anyone of our products will not arrive at its address in perfect conditions can be put in telephone contact with us (+34) 976 631 425 to solve the problem as soon as possible and replacing to him the product

5. Refunds and exchanges

Our Customer Service Department includes an after-sales service, which is designed to help our clients solve any problems that may arise concerning our products or shipments. This department aims to offer a fast and efficient response to customer queries. See how to return a product 

If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following 7 working days of the delivery date marked on the order. (According to art. 44 of the Spanish Law No. 7/1996, 15th January relating to the retail trade and modified by Law No. 47/2002 on 19th December).* 

Simply send back the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all guarantees, labels and instructions of use. If you want to exchange your product, we will pay the shipping costs for the new order. 

It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted. 

Once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse and have their condition has been checked, TECNOCEM.COM will accept the return and will proceed to process the corresponding exchange or refund, according to the form of payment used to place the order.

Should the customer receive a damaged product or an erroneous order, all shipping costs will be paid by TECNOCEM.COM.

It is responsibility of the client to be enabled to use the products that TECNOCEM distributes. TECNOCEM declines all responsibility by the use that our clients give distributed products

The present general conditions are governed by the current Spanish legislation concerning this material, (Spanish Law No 34/2002, 11th July relating to electronic commerce) and the latter will be applied to any situation, which has not been foreseen in this section.
